Privacy Notice

Aidy (AIDY'S GIVEAWAYS) is the data controller for giveaway entries made on aidsitsinthename.com.

What we collect

• Your Snapchat username.
• The time you entered.
• A one-way scrambled code made from your internet connection, used only to stop spam. We don't store your IP address itself.

We don't ask for your name, email, phone number or address on this website, and we don't use advertising cookies.

Why

To run the giveaway, pick winners, contact them on Snapchat and prevent fraud. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in running a fair promotion you've chosen to enter.

How long we keep it

Entries are deleted after the giveaway's retention period (90 days after closing by default). Winners' usernames and prize records may be kept longer to show the draw was fair.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your entry, or object to its use, by emailing hello@aidsitsinthename.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
